1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" means the ko10 website (ko10.bar) and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "You" means any person registered on the platform or intending to register.
• "Account" means a user's personal registered profile on the platform.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds can be deposited on the ko10 platform via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name; deposits through third parties are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

5.3 Verification and Delays

ko10 may temporarily hold withdrawal processing for security checks. If additional documents are requested and not provided within the specified time, the request may be cancelled.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ko10 is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the associated account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

ko10 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total of ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x). This requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the original deposit. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 Other Promotions

Other bonuses and offers have their own specific terms, which will be stated in each offer's details. Whether multiple bonuses can be used together will be indicated in the relevant offer's terms.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

ko10 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses in the following cases:

• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Clear violation of bonus terms and conditions.
• Exploiting any system bug or error.
• Fraudulent or manipulative activity.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Rules

7.2 Technical Errors

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ko10 platform:

• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any system bug or error on the platform.
• Unauthorized copying or redistribution of the platform's information, code, or content.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds or payment method.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Any form of fraudulent behavior against ko10.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, ko10 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit funds, and notify the relevant authorities.

12 Changes to Terms and Account Termination

12.2 Termination by the User
